Description:
Cremagel is a long life liquid semi-finished product for professional
and homemade use,made up of milk,cream,sugar,stabilized and
balanced for direct preparation of blends for italian gelato
and frappe freeze.

Shelf Life:
One year from the production date.
Storage:
Will keep for at least one year if stored at a dry place at
temperature not higher than 20°C.
Packaging:
Aseptic tetrabrik 1000 ml.
Usage:
- Preparation of blend for Italian gelato”fiordilatte”
with ice cream machines for artisanal or homemade gelato:
Add 170 of whole milk and 90 g.of sugar per each litre of
Cremagel.
- Preparation of blend for fruit gelato with ice cream
machines for artisanal or homemade gelato:
Add 2,2 litres of water ,800 g.of sugar and 400 g.of flavour
in paste per each litre of Cremagel.
- Preparation of blend for soft-serve gelato “fiordilatte”with
soft-serve ice cream machines.
Add 500 g.of skimmed milk and 200 g.of sugar per each litre
of Cremagel.
- Preparation of blend for “cappuccino”fappe
freeze with slush-machines or granita-machines:
Add 10 coffee-cup ofsweetened concentred coffee espresso
per each litre of Cremagel.
