Description:
Lemongel is a long life liquid semi-finished product for professional
and homemade use,made up of lemon juice, sugar and cream,appropriately
stabilized and balanced as to obtain a ready-to-use blend
for lemon frappe freeze and lemon sorbet.
Labelling:
Ingredients: water, sugar, lemon juice (20%),
yogurt, cream, maltodextrins
Stabilizers: E 422, E 420, E 460, E 466, E 415
Emulsifier: E 473/Antioxidant: E 300
Antimicrobes: E 202/Flavours
Shelf Life:
One year from the production date.
Storage:
Will keep for at least one year if stored at a dry place at
temperature not higher than 20°C.
Packaging:
Aseptic tetrabrik 1000 ml.
Usage:
Preparation of blend for lemon sorbet with traditional ice-cream
and soft-serve machines:
Add 600 g.of water and 200 g.of sugar per each litre of Lemongel.
Lemongel is ready for use as it is for production of lemon
frappe freeze with a traditional slush machine .
