Description:
Mokagel is a long life liquid semi-finished product for professional
and homemade use,made up of milk,cream,sugar and 100% pure
coffee dehydrated,stabilized and balanced for direct preparation
of blends for italian gelato and frappe freeze.
Labelling:
Ingredients: milk, cream, sugar, maltodextrins, liofilized
coffee 100% (1,2%),
eggs yolk powder Stabilizers: E 420, E 460, E 401, E 410,
E 412, E 407, E 466
Emulsifiers: E 471, E 473 /Antimicrobes: E 202.
Shelf Life:
One year from the production date.
Storage:
Will keep for at least one year if stored at a dry place at
temperature not higher than 20°C.
Packaging:
Aseptic tetrabrik 1000 ml.
Usage:
- Preparation of blend for Italian gelato”cappuccino”
with artisanal or homemade ice-cream machines:
Add 25 g.of sugar per each litre of Mokagel.
- Preparation of blend for “cappuccino”gelato
soft-serve with soft-sere ice cream machines:
Add 250 g.of skimmed milk and 100 g.of sugar per each litre
of Mokagel.
- Preparation of blend for “cappuccino”frappe
freeze with traditional slush machines:
Mokagel is ready for use as it is.
