Description:
Yogogel is a long life liquid semi-finished product for professional
and homemade use,made up of full cream natural yogurt, sugar
and functional fibre,appropriately stabilized and balanced
as to obtain a ready-to-use blend for functional yogurt gelato
or delicious yogurt frappe freeze.

Shelf Life:
One year from the production date.
Storage:
Will keep for at least one year if stored at a dry place at
temperature not higher than 20°C.
Packaging:
Aseptic tetrabrik 1000 ml.
Usage:
Yogogel is ready for use as it is for production of yogurt
gelato, yogurt gelato soft-serve with the respective ice-cream
machines and yogurt frappe freeze with a traditional slush
machine.
